It's either that or lose my mind.

I've been reading Runner's World and they had some interesting stuff to say about running barefoot and how it's good for plantar fasciitis, which I have. Maman ...Jess: Just don't eat any simple carbs.

Maman Minou: sounds like you have plantar fasciitis. Do a search on it and you should find some good stretches. It can be a pesky problem; you definitely should run slower & shorter and see how it goes. August sounds kind of too soon, but it depends on your "base" -- how long and consistently you've been doing your 7 miles.<DoctorMamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05187502628715846144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15583952.post-14568129945625030672010-06-07T10:00:59.428-04:002010-06-07T10:00:59.428-04:00I also am shamelessly waiting for NanaNews.I also am shamelessly waiting for NanaNews.Ozziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13761900206072944606noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15583952.post-32937229521396665022010-06-06T17:22:54.294-04:002010-06-06T17:22:54.294-04:00In your May 24 email, you wrote, "Two more we...In your May 24 email, you wrote, "Two more weeks until this year's revealing getup is revealed."
